St Mary's Annual Thanksgiving Service is took place on Sunday August 8 2021, slightly later than planned because of COVID 19 restrictions affecting the original date in July. This year's Thanksgiving was a very special occasion as we were unable to hold the Service in 2020 when churches were closed. This year we celebrated coming through a difficult time and re-opening the Church for this important event in St Mary's traditional year. The Service was also the occasion for Bob Davey, who died in March, to be remembered and be grateful for the legacy that he left us in this very remarkable Church. We were also grateful for the singers who accompanied the service.
